Job Description

  1. Read product drawing and related customer file, make sure process capability can meet customer requirement
  2. Design the new product manufacture process except SMT and follow up.
  3. Make DFM report for new product.
  4. Design packing for new product.
  5. Introduce new process into factory to meet new product requirement.
  6. Design assembly fixture to ensure quality and improve efficiency.
  7. Analysis process defect and work out improve action
  8. Use ECRS method to improve efficiency, reduce standard time
  9. Write and evaluate work instruction
  10. Evaluate the alternative part

Job Requirement

  1. Minimum 4 years of working experience of SMT / PCBA manufacturing field, familiar with basic manufacture flow of electronic product.
  2. Minimum 3 years of working experience as process Engineer
  3. Familiar with quality control flow of electronic product, and failure analysis tools, such as 8D, FEMA or DOE
  4. Know lean production and experience of practice.
  5. Familiar with project management
  6. Proactive and “can do” attitude
  7. Good at English reading and writing, CET. 4 in English is a must
  8. Bachelor degree with major in Electronic, mechanical or industry engineering
