Manage the smooth and effective operation of the team day by day ensuring all activities are in line with purchasing procedures and policies.
Work out with users of every branches, purchasing officer and operations team to set the purchase schedule to support the operation on daily, monthly and yearly basis.
Be responsible for purchasing all of direct imported and local material, equipment, tool and service for Head Office and F&B Outlets from analyzing forecast, determining demand, planning, ordering, following up receiving, storage and delivery.
Monitor business trends and product availability to pay the best price for company goods and services without sacrificing quality or delivery times.
Work out with team members at every branches to recommend potential suppliers and together with users to select the best ones who can provide goods/services at best prices as well as of good quality; suggest to Group lvel overseas suppliers relating to categories in charge through multi-channels such as internet, magazines, direct contact.
Maintain strong working relation all branches of the Company to ensure the timely feedback of products and service provided. Coordinate with staff and opertations team to find the good solution for any arising matter relating to the quality, deliver, service, etc.
Prepare purchasing and sourcing plan, goods reservation for whole year, quarterly, and monthly to achieve company target.
Make the cost projection and propose the solutions for saving cost.
Give constructive feedback and improve/simplify purchasing processes: supplier selection criteria, new item code, price change.
Participate in specialized project and assignments related to procurement, as required.
Maintain, develop, and strengthen all branch in the team with purpose to lead the team to achieve committed objectives & given missions.
Support in anticipating the needs of customers & sourcing new products on the related fields.
Ensure all goods related to order and delivery are in time of all locations.
Ensure the team’s services provided effectively in terms of quantity, quality, price & time delivery for the purpose of maximizing interests and minimize the risks for the company.
Proceed other tasks assigned by BOD.
3 years experienced in the same position, F&B/Hospitality background is a plus.
Strong understanding of products, market prices of related supplies and its sources, in local market.
Negotiation, cost & material analysis, creative & logistical thinking, problem solving, report writing. Team building and management skills.
Fluent English speaking & writing
Good command of MS Word, Excel, Power point, internet,...
