Job Description


Responsibility for the procurement of goods and services as assigned by line manager and in compliance with the company policy ensuring to meet requirements of other department, achieve operational objectives and delivery the best value for the company.


  • Together with Procurement manager to create purchasing plan
  • Receipt & analyze purchase requisition from other Departments
  • Research on the market, evaluation, select supplier to satisfy company demands
  • Execute related purchasing formalities set up by internal regulation
  • Negotiate with suppliers for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term, delivery and service)
  • Advice and consulting other Departments about specification of good and service
  • Arrange the goods & service delivery according order and contract
  • Contact point in communication with supplier for any matter relating purchase
  • Collect and prepare documentation for payments
  • Store and save purchasing documentation
  • Participate in projects if it requires for purchasing activity
  • Prepare reports as requested by Procurement manager
  • Undertake other tasks assigned by Procurement manager

Job Requirement

Qualification & experience

  • College/University Graduate – major: Business Administration, Marketing, Economics relevant areas
  • Min. 3 years of experience with procurement
  • Min. 1 year of experience at Procurement specialist for IT section

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills
  • Time management skill
  • Proven success in the following job competencies:

  • Understanding of procurement activities, economic contract terms
  • Strong interpersonal skill & ability to interact with various departments
  • Ability to work as individual and also as team member
  • Adaptable, dynamic and flexible, able to work under challenging deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English
