University Graduate – major: Economics, Finance, Banking, or related subjects.
Minimum of 3 years working experience in Banking/ Finance, 1 year in management position
Knowledge of construction processes, product performance evaluation, ability to grasp market situation and needs
Ability to aggregate and analyze data well
Working in the Product Development Department of financial companies is an advantage
Friendly, sociable, open minded
Good thinking ability to work independently
Dynamic and sensitive in analyzing and assessing the market
Desire to develop itself in the field of Finance / Banking
Good communication and presentation skills
Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and process flow chart software (e.g. Visio), software related: Google spreadsheet and all others reporting tools.
