Job Description

• Strategic-planning: work with product marketing, key business owners, engineering and analytics to plan the quarterly and yearly product roadmap, define KPIs; refine and iterate as needed

• Day to day execution: prioritize, and execute against the roadmap by working with engineering, analytics, design, and marketing to define, build, successfully launch, and measure products and platform features

• Communication:

o Manage expectations with various internal stakeholders and key business owners to ensure project flows smoothly, and everyone stays informed about new updates or changes

o Drive alignment with marketing partners, business leaders, and other team members

• Organization: ensure efficient product development process is in place to ensure short and long term scalability

• Growth/ experiment mindset:

o Closely partner with other partners and key business owners to improve, refine and test hypotheses that move the needle;

o Identify and prioritize the optimization of various buyer journeys in partnership with business owners, design, engineering working with a customer-centric, data-informed approach

• Leadership:

o Be responsible for team’s deliverables and drive high impact projects

o Identify inefficiencies and come up with process improvements

o Unstuck team members to prevent bottlenecks

Job Requirement

• 5+ years of experience crafting and delivering stellar products in a product management role

• Mobile application development experience, in the ecommerce domain required

• Experience forming high performing product teams at various startups is a must

• Ability to work well with cross-functional stakeholders: outstanding track record with engineers, design, marketing, and business leaders

• Ability to balance prioritizing competing opportunities (including evaluating customer needs with business priorities)

• Ability to navigate ambiguity

• A keen eye for analytics paired with a data-informed mindset. You’re passionate about experimentation and A/B testing

• Ability to communicate directly and clearly, emphasis on careful listening

• Attention to detail; we want you to care about the small things just as much as the big things
