The position is located at the HCMC office. The role is assisting all aspects of Marketing and Communications in relation to the Product and Service business.
The role also has shared responsibilities in developing long term relationships with existing employees and clients
Product Analysis: The role is responsible for analyzing market trends and sales performance in order to avail informed recommendations for the product. The role also analyses competitor activity in order to provide the business’s product with a competitive edge over competition. In this capacity, the role also develops product stories and points of sale for the product.
Collaboration: The role also has an obligation to collaborate with marketing manager in maintaining plan integration and ensuring the overall achievement of product objectives.
Supports Sales and Marketing Activities: The role aligns product launch activities with marketing activities. This is achieved through the furnishing of the sales team with competitor analysis, market analysis, business performance analysis, and other research information.
Monitors brand equity, market trends and oversee advertising and marketing activities to ensure the designs and messages meet the company brand and regulatory guidelines.
Taking the ownership of the local communications plan, digital marketing activities, accuracy of content, and maintaining strong relationships with regional and global Marketing teams while actively seeking guidance from compliance and legal personnel at a localized level.
Initiating and managing local Congresses, exhibitions, symposiums and PR events.
Supporting the development of marketing strategies; creating effective marketing and sales material such as sales folders, data sheets, advertising material, catalogs, special prints, slides, videos, display material and other sales support material to run successful campaigns; cooperating with external and internal partners.
Managing the Internet communications and continuous updates of the marketing content in cooperation with the sub-region and IT Dept.
Organized and provide support to internal annual meeting such as annual kick off meeting & customer meeting.
Manage and track program expenses and margin to ensure programs come in on budget.
Use the online content management system to post, format, and manage content of company’s website
University Graduate with a degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Communications or relevent fields.
The position requires more than 3 years of corporate marketing communications experience within a multinational company, with a superior record of achievement in promoting leading brands through the full range of media available, preferably in the field of pharmaceuticals or medical devices or in an communication/ advertising/ PR agency.
Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with internal and external personnel, strong oral and written communication skills in English, analytical thinking with creativity and determination.
Self-motivated and independent yet able to effectively collaborate with corporate marketing and technology teams, displaying a strong business sense, strong sense of ownership.
Self-motivated, organized, conscientious and outgoing you will be happy dealing with people at all levels.
You approach your work with consistency, good humor and infectious enthusiasm. You have the ability to listen to your internal audience and tailor your messages to them.
