Job Description

  1. Ensuring develop and implement of procedures, guidelines, and policies for maximizing manufacturing efficiency and profitability.
  2. Actively advise the General Director and participate directly in planning, organizing, maintaining, and developing necessary resources, including motivating employees to fulfill assigned duties or tasks.
  3. Ensuring the setting of goals and action measures are appropriate and consistent with the company's strategic orientation, thereby helping to achieve the goals of the affiliated departments and the company’s goals; and ensure those goals and action plans are fully communicated to the relevant staff for implementation.
  4. Advising the General Director on the situation and trends of activities under the SWOT principle to build strategic directions as well as set goals for each specific period.
  5. Ensuring production capacity is regularly reviewed and reported to the General Director and the functional departments in time for timely action.
  6. Ensuring infrastructure and equipment are always in good condition and safe to serve production with the lowest maintenance costs possible.
  7. Ensuring the orders are produced and delivered on time.
  8. Collaborate with functional departments address and resolve effectively all issues concerning factory field operations such as quality, engineering, productivity, training, performance appraisal, 5S discipline, safety, …
  9. Advising, directing, and effective managing of the assigned projects or action plans including improvement activities, or troubleshooting activities.
  10. Monitor and ensure that activities of production and maintenance are carried out in accordance with company guidelines, procedures, and policies.
  11. Promptly provide appropriate solutions to project implementation teams or subordinate individuals to help them complete their work on time and meet the highest quality of work.
  12. Proactively lead the team in researching, proposing, and implementing improvement measures in the system and processes to benefit the company, including changes, minor improvements, and major improvements such as changing production processes and/or technologies with large investments.
  13. Update the situation and promptly report the results of the set goals as well as recommendations for disadvantages and/or ad-hoc issues to the General Director to provide timely adjustments, bringing the highest possible efficiency for the operations and business of the company.
  14. Ensuring the regular review and evaluation of operating procedures in order to identify the problems, potential risks in earliest time for timely remedial measures; or seize opportunities for improvement to implement.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the General Director.

Job Requirement

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanic/Electric/Electronic
  2. Highly preferred Master’s degree in BA/Eng./Operations
  3. High level written and spoken Englishl 
  4. 10+ years of production Mgt experience in factories with over 500 workers. Directors and Managers
  5. Strong experience in management and operation of factory maintenance & manufacturing equipment.
  6. Strong Problem-Solving Skill.
  7. Significant Interpersonal Skill.
  8. Strong Time-Management Skill. 
  9. Strong Leadership Skill
