Receive orders from local and oversee sale representatives, work closely with warehouse representatives in layout containers, with materials to check the status of materials at warehouse, with supervisor in confirming completion capacity and loading date, finally confirm completion date (loading date) to sale representatives.
To coordinate, create daily job orders for Supervisors to maintain to ensure that production deadlines are met.
Combine with supervisor to review production plan on basic daily, weekly, monthly to assess and update the current status of production, forecast issues that can happen in next days that interrupt production to have prevent action, aiming to reduce impacts to production plan. To determine the status of production schedule, expedite operations that delay schedules and alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
Collaborate closely with the Sale Team to define completion day of Internal Purchase Order (IPO, review and update frequently the status of Forecast products based on minimum stock to MPS file so have a plan in basic daily, weekly and monthly.
Collaborate closely with Material Dept to ensure on-time common materials delivery.
To develop system and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines and equipment
Follow up and report daily the status of product quantity to the Planning Department, Supervisor and other related departments.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management/ Industrial Management .
2 years’ experience in Production Planning/ Purchasing/ Materials Management in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in PowerPoint and Word, Advanced Excel skills is key.
Knowledge in SAP is prefered.
Strong analytical skills required and ability to analyze large data sets.
Able to multi-task a wide variety of duties and complete them according to pre- determined deadlines.
Demonstrated problem solving and organizational skills are essential.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good written and verbal communication in English
Working time: 7:30am ~ 4:30pm from Monday to Friday
