Job Description

  • Directly supervises all operations of injection:
    • Responsible for the execution of the production plan
    • Responsible to organize the workflow and job distribution in Injection departments
    • Contact person for injection related quality between sections and other departments
    • All documentation for injection department
    • Material planning process.
  • Daily work through production to have a look into machine running, process flow, quality to make sure everything is under control
  • Manage the material consumption and control the regrind material quality, quantity.
  • Manage the semi-finish good, the accessory and make sure FIFO principle when delivery to production
  • Control the quantity of accessory to prevent unknown lost, run out of material
  • Check and improve safety by remind team follow the guidelines and standards which issued by company and managers.
  • Set up training schedules and train worker in time to maximize the performance and avoid mistakes
  • Implement WI for Injection.
  • Work close with the other teams such as Mold maintenance, Machine maintenance, Material, QC in order to improve the production...
  • Control quality, finds out the best way for improvement
  • Make the preventive action/ corrective action for internal/external feedback
  • 6S implementation and improvements for production.
  • Inform and report to BOD when there are any problem happen
  • Other tasks as to be assigned by Injection Manager

Job Requirement

  • Degree: Mechanical, Mechatronics or related field from University.
  • Over 02 years’ experience in injection molding or a minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing environment and supervisory experience
  • English: Good communication in English skills
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Team work

  • Lean principles & training method
  • Knowledge about ISO system


  • Probation time: 2 months with 100% salary
  • Budget training (yearly) for your own
  • Professional internal/ external training
  • Working time: Monday - Friday (8:00 - 16:45) - Rotating Saturday 18 days/ year for 1st year. 08:00 - 16:00 on Sat . From 2nd year onward it would be 12 days/ year.
