Job Description

  • Keep tracking and determine internal demand for goods and service
  • Implement purchasing procurement plan: Sourcing, vendor evaluation, vendor selection, negotiation, contracting
  • Evaluate vendors & do market survey to archive the best efficient purchases and minimize the risks for Company
  • Take part in in projects, processes creation and other change initiatives
  • Prepare weekly and monthly report to Unit Head of Project & Outsourcing Procurement
  • Undertake other tasks assigned by Unit Head of Project & Outsourcing Procurement

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance
  • At least 02 years’ experience working in similar position, preferably in banking, financial institution or insurance
  • Understanding IT knowledge, IT Solution, Technology, Fintech
  • Bidding/Project experiences is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
  • Customer oriented.
  • English in Intermediate level
  • Good at time management
  • Ability to work under high pressure
  • Full Integrity
