Job Description

- Verify Purchasing & Administration expenses & claim for payment.

- Contact with related suppliers when needed.

- Update list for taxi cards/ credit cards/ mobile phones using company's numbers; call for service for new application; Periodical renew taxi cards.

- Update hotels list.

- Purchase goods/services as requested by PR from user.

Job Requirement

- College graduated;

- Pre-intermediate English level

- Skills:

+ Company literacy: 4/5

+ Communication skills: 4/5

+ Flexible, positive, open - minded

+ Team working spirit: 4/5

+ Negotiation skill

+ Vendor management skill

+ Sourcing skill
