Job Description

*** Our client is a multinational companies in Laboratory Services industry. They are looking for a talent for Purchasing Manager for Vietnam and Singapore offices. They provide a very professional working environment with competitive compensation and benefits.

*** Job Description:

Fully in-charge of Purchasing and support operating managers in negotiation and cost controlling of the company entities in Vietnam and Singapore

1. P2P procurement

  • Manage and implement group P2P process, including strategic procurement, supplier queries and issue resolution (Purchase Orders, Contract).
  • Sourcing and categories management.
  • Working smoothly with Local Purchasers
  • Supplier Master Data Management.
  • Purchase agreement and Item Master Data Management.
  • Procurement in variety of category groups including consumables, equipment, indirect services, IT facilities and operation fees.

2. Process

  • Compliance with Purchasing common requirements.
  • Innovation for more efficient process

3. Cost Management

  • Manage CAPEX budget in order to optimize high efficiency procurement.
  • Manage expense in OPEX in order to achieve 10% ratio to company net-sales.

4. Commercial Strategy

  • Analyze the cost margin to generate multiple saving projects.
  • Cooperate with Finance Team to optimize financial terms. E.g. payment term, delivery, warranty.
  • Cooperate with end-users to ensure their satisfaction on products/ service quality.
  • Cooperate with other PMs in Global/ Regional Saving Project.
  • Cooperate with CATMAN for local CAPEX/ OPEX project.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

5. Reporting

  • Timely submission of reports required by group and operating entities.
  • Periodical review with operating entities on project progress.

6. Finance integration into NSC

  • Support other growth project in Vietnam, Singapore: new internal / legal entities, acquisition integration, financial planning.

Job Requirement

  • University/ Master Degree graduation in Business Management.
  • At least 3 year experience in the same position.
  • Being recognized by employer as outstanding employee, having achievement during employment.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English (both verbal and written).
  • Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Computer skills: Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experienced in setup software.
  • Quick leaner, dynamic, full of energy, open minded, age under 40.
  • Autonomously working, high responsibility, teamwork, team supervision and leading skills.
  • Hard work, proactive, open minded, responsive, well organized, time management, and honest.
  • Ability to work under high pressure. Working experience in fields of chemical, biotechnology, clinical preferable.
