Job Description

To establish the necessary controls to meet customer requirements as follows:

  • To effectively communicate and coordinate with relevant members (Production, Warehouse, Import-Export Officer, QA, etc.) to ensure all customer requirements (product specifications, delivery, etc.) are exactly understood and make them be fully met.
  • To ensure that data of related operations are timely and exactly updated into ACCPAC system/database.
  • To ensure the documents be properly controlled and preserved

To execute/report/monitor the status of following items:

  • Purchasing of materials as per approved source
  • Follow up reminder delivery of Purchase Order with suppliers
  • Provide material status to relevant members
  • To monitor the progress, identify the problems or ad hoc matters and take actions timely to remove it.

Job Requirement

  • Gender:  Male
  • BA Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Trustworthy, accuracy, prudence, faithfulness.
  • Good reporting skills.
  • Ability of planning and monitoring.
  • Able to work independently as well as a part of company teams and hard working
  • Good English is an advantage
