To establish the necessary controls to meet customer requirements as follows:
To effectively communicate and coordinate with relevant members (Production, Warehouse, Import-Export Officer, QA, etc.) to ensure all customer requirements (product specifications, delivery, etc.) are exactly understood and make them be fully met.
To ensure that data of related operations are timely and exactly updated into ACCPAC system/database.
To ensure the documents be properly controlled and preserved
To execute/report/monitor the status of following items:
Purchasing of materials as per approved source
Follow up reminder delivery of Purchase Order with suppliers
Provide material status to relevant members
To monitor the progress, identify the problems or ad hoc matters and take actions timely to remove it.
BA Degree in a relevant discipline.
Trustworthy, accuracy, prudence, faithfulness.
Good reporting skills.
Ability of planning and monitoring.
Able to work independently as well as a part of company teams and hard working
