Maintain and improve the effectiveness of quality and food safety system through the implementation and monitoring of the quality system, process, hygiene condition to ensure implementation and compliance with the requirements of the quality system as prescribed by the company.
Evaluate the compliance of the food safety system.
Prepare, issue procedure, work instruction.
Control document, record.
Perform investigation and reply to customer complaints.
Participate in internal audit and external audit.
Cooperate with related sections to ensure implementation and compliance with the requirements of the quality and food safety system.
Cooperate with other departments in handling the non-conformity of the quality and food safety system in a timely and accurate manner to ensure productivity, quality, and food safety.
Deploy and follow up training plan, ensure all necessary training related to Food safety is given to all functions.
Manage pest control activities, ensure proper treatment and follow up corrective action.
Perform calibration, GMP verification and food safety verification.
Participate in trial, validation and report to the manager.
Work progress reports for management.
Perform the task be required by QA Manager.

Independent in implementing assigned tasks, comply with company regulations.
To be entitled request and recommend superior to innovation, improvements in work.
To be entitled to request production stop produce and hold finish product when detecting of serious incidents in quality until the problem is resolved.
Job Requirement
3. Personality, Personal ability:
University graduate food major or related industries.
At least experience 3 years in a similar position.
Knowledgeable and experienced in the food industry
Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SSOP, BRC
Skilled management and organization.
Capable of teamwork.
Communication skills.
Able to work under high pressure.
Responsible for the job.
Agile, enthusiastic, honest and progressive spirit.
