Job Description

  • Establish QA procedures for maintaining high standards of quality, reliability.
  • Determine and enforce quality requirement in accordance with real company needs, based on current system requirement and products development. To be based on ISO 9001/ ISO 14001
  • Organize and promote companywide quality improvement efforts.
  • Evaluate and develop improved techniques for the control of quality.
  • Directly responsible for implementation and maintenance of the company quality system, reporting on the performance of the quality system for review and as a basis for improvement of the quality system.
  • Creation of an atmosphere of continuous process improvement and production defect preventation;
  • Implementing ISO 9001:2008. Implementation on process line for procedure,handling manuals & Inspection standard
  • To identify potential staff. Train and motivate them for continual improvement in Q.A department. Continuous apply and influence team members to play an effective role to ensure the consistency of quality system in the business process.

Job Requirement

  • Degree in Mechanical Management or others.
  • Experience in automobiles and electronics (motors, semiconductors)
  • Over 5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control
  • Experienced  in department management work for more than a leader for over 2 years
  • Language: Japanese from N3
  • Able to handle customer quality audits and ISO9001/ISO14001 audits
  • It is good to have supplier management experience
  • Ability to analyze complaints, plan countermeasures, and create reports
  • Ability to get ideas accepted and to guide a group or individual to accomplish the task
