Responsible to assure the plant meets customers’ quality meets the company targets to achieve customer satisfaction by implementing the Quality management system throughout the company and assuring all company’s departments follow it.
Lead the quality activity in all the company.
Control the quality of raw material, semi and finish good to ensure compliance to the requirement
Organize the control needed in income check, in-process inspection and final inspection to assure all requirements related to product quality are met
Ensure all needed procedures related to quality are set up and ran to meet the requirement.
Ensure good control plans are developed to guarantee quality.
To work effectively with other department to resolve all issues related to quality quickly and effectively.
Manage all measuring devices.
Provide the necessary quality awareness to all employees and support Human Resource in organizing technical training.
Respond timely to customers’ concerns/complaints.
Assure customers’ expectations are exceeded.
Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals.
To cooperate with HR department in selecting, preparing job descriptions, appraising performance, training and developing staffs in department to ensure high level of productivity and efficiency of the team.
To establish and promote a positive working spirit within department that encourages team work, cooperation and cross training for the development of skills and knowledge in departments.
To prepare reports that help BOD more understand about status of production and good delivery then to identify and find out the best solutions to settle issues and difficulties if any.
Male or female
University, a related degree is required.
At least 5 years experience in Quality Assurance.
Fluent in English
Expert in office computing
Working experience in foreign company is an advantage
