Job Description

A. Quality Assurance:

1. Environment & Safety (ES): Abide by the laws and regulations of ES

2. Excellence: Lead the team to use the VPO method and tools correctly.

3. Strictly follow labor safety regulations. Ensure staff’s ability and skill in operating machines and equipment.

4. Follow out the safety policy and procedure, assurance personal behavior achieve safety requirement; follow the environment policy, protect environment; follow the food safety legal, perform HACCP standard, avoid quality incident.

5. Keep good communication and cooperation with government organization.

6. Ensure all analysis and test of material and finished products are complied with standards and requirement. Keep the communicate with Zone QA timely, get the latest ABI quality requirement, perform or transmit to related department timely, assurance production achieve the ABI standard all the time.

7. Implement QA supervisor checklist, inspect the work status in QA; organize and insure take the efficiency meeting termly; attend plant and department’s 5S inspection and tracking the action-log. Ensure clean and tidy working environment and testing sample store room

8. Track the KPI status, and make the analysis report termly, for the KPI didn’t achievement, need establish action plan with related department.

9. Attend internal and external audit actively, detect issue and establish action plan.

10. Training: Provide teams with trainings on professional knowledge, system, quality, environment at ABI’s ES standard.

11. Budgeting: Own functions’ budget process, including involve in planning, manage the tracking, do reporting

12. Reporting: in case of any problems, it’s required to promptly report to Plant Manager for immediate action & make reports.

2- Others

B. Legal & Government Affairs supports: Support in the application/ approval process for related licenses and permits.

C. Conduct projects or tasks as and when assigned by Supervisor in a timely manner.

D. People Management

E. Ensure team to follow and implement strictly all regulations, policies, instructions issued by the Management of ABI and by laws.

Manage the department’s people pipeline by training, supporting employees in implementing of their development plans, feedback, fairly and equitable individual performance evaluation. Make succession plans, develop the reserve forces in a proactive manner.

Job Requirement

·  University degree, major in brewing, chemistry, chemical, microbiology or food science and technology

·  Over 5 years related work experience;

·  Over 3 years management work

·  Fluently in English and Vietnamese.

·  Proficient skills in MS Office

·  Excellent leadership; communicate.

· Master PDCA, have strong ability on judgment, analysis and resolve  problem.

·  Strong abilities of tracking, done , feedback;

·  Strong abilities of communicating;

·  Strong abilities of planning organizing;

·  Strong responsibility sensor, can make a decision quickly in the important moment.

· Can endure high work pressure.

· Strong execute power, honesty, challenge self continuously
