To assist QA manager in managing and controlling pre-production samples schedule, production schedule, QA report, Quality Issue complaining.
Ensure the schedules, report updates, and information are coordinated and presented in a clear, concise, and timely manner.
Coordinate daily operational activities in screening pre-production samples schedule, production schedule.
Work with vendors to improve on-time schedules follow Magnussen procedures.
Following, pushing, and keep record of the color panel, Hardware board, Fabric/Leather swatch at the office. For special projects, color panel/hardware board/Fabric should have sent them for approval before production.
Keep follow, review, and approve the carton layout/labeling to vendors before mass production.
Keep follow and record the assembly instruction on Sharepoint & QA share space
Record all packing documents: assembly instruction sheet/carton layout/labeling on QA share space.
Monthly running EQC report and distribute to team/ factory
Other jobs as required by Quality Manager.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIS)
Pre-Product Sample and Production plan should be updated and reported daily.
Timely and accurate reporting requirements.
Following with factory/QA Manager of quality issues with Resolution/Engineering Changing and keep the record.
General knowledge in all product types
Having experience in the same position at furniture companies
Good command of English, ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage
Service-oriented with attention to details
Strong organization and follow-through skills
Good data entry
Independent requires minimal supervision
Demonstrates flexibility and ability to adapt to an ever-changing and diverse environment
2 years or above wooden furniture or hardline merchandising experience in buying offices/agents/ factory
