Assuring food safety and product quality delivered to customers, identify and mitigate potential risks in product delivery to clients, as well as identify improvement areas to minimize loss and improve efficiency on the product delivery.
Provide support to communicate customer specifications requirements to the production team.
Responsible for monitoring product food safety and quality throughout the production process, highlight problem areas and improvements that can be made.
Responsible for assuring the quality of products meet specification and consumer expectation for quality, monitoring the production and quality (e.g. End product Inspection, Container Loading Inspection, Product Sampling, Grading Evaluation), and provide a guidance to the packer for production and quality system.
Work closely with the Production Manager, vessel captain and crews, Operations Manager, Logistics Manager and Traders to ensure timely and proper fulfilment of company’s contracts with clients.
Investigate/report and take action on customer complaints to ensure proper fulfilment of company’s commitment to the customers.
Diploma in Aquaculture, Fishery, Food Technology or other related area
At least 3 years in quality control of tuna products,
Experience with ISO9001, HAACP, BRC, ISO14001, ISO22000 and BAP and Global GAP
