Job Description

- Posting job description and scouting suitable candidates;
- Introducing Job description to candidates;
- Updating and providing information briefings on a range of hiring company to applicants;
- Advising Job hunters on recruitment;
- Interview candidates via phone or face to face;
- Create Resumes for candidates;
- Following to recruiting process between clients and candidates;
- Negotiating salary packages and benefits for candidates;
- Consulting on issues related to workplace relations and performance management for candidates;
- Following up candidates during probation period;
- Report your KPIs to Team Leader;
- Other tasks from Team Leader.

Job Requirement

- Age: 23 - 30
- At least 1 year working experience in HR companies/ HR field/HR agencies;
- Have good communication skills;
- Languages: English (Must- internal communication) or Japanese (Preferred - N3 with or without certification);
- Be able to use MS.Office fluently;
- Be good at teamwork;
- Kind, friendly, and bright characteristic;
- Be able to handle KPIs target
