Job Description

[BUSINESS SUMMARY]

- This is Japanese manufacturing company located in Dist2.

- They don't have factory in Vietnam, but they have sales office in HCMC and Hanoi.

- Main product is Sorting, Packing, Electronic scale etc for Food, medical industry..

- Also almost product is manufactured in Japan

★Responsibility

- Sales activity for both foreign and Vietnamese company(And mainly for the existing client)

★Job detail

- Create annual sales targets & directions for this position with superiors according to targets & plans of the Section

- Create business plans from sales targets with superiors & implement them according to planned

- Create & implement personal development & growth path based on Section's human resources development plan

- Collect information from competitors & industry

- Cooperate in formulating business strategies of the Section & offer relevant advice

- Find new markets, visit customers/distributors periodically, verify customers' requests, make quotations for distributors and end-users

- Cooperate with other departments, units to complete business projects according to planned

- Collect accounts receivables by oneself, negotiate & close deals, contracts

- Communicate & contact direct-sales partners, distributors, suppliers

- Participate in negotiation with distributors & establish partnerships with them

- Conduct training for Sales key person/people of distributors

- Cooperate with afiliated departments properly & timely with a focus on customer satisfaction

- Follow-up with existing customers & find new ones and collect customer information & input into company system

- Analyze sales performance & continuously improve the figures

- Create weekly, monthly sales reports & business analysis reports

** Pay Attention:

★This position DOESN'T have Incentive or Commission

★They will have business trip once per month to another province

★ Holidays: Every other week Sat, Sun, Holidays (If they don't task, Saturday will be off)

Job Requirement

<MUST>
- More than 2years experience of Sales Engineer

- English intermediate

<WANT>

- Japanese skill

- Having experience related to food industry

- Candidate from Mekong Delta
