The Distribution Point (DP) team Leader is responsible for daily activities management of the DP, including DP performance and monitor delivery and report management. Key responsibilities include : DP operations, staffing, DP performance, COD management.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage delivery and pick-up operation of riders team at HCMC
  • Maintain fleet quality: attitude, discipline, and performance
  • Route monitor: ensure riders complete their routes timely.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as CS, KAM to make attempts to delivery or pick-up parcels successfully
  • Provide coaching and training to your team of Rider, review and monitor performance of riders and DP ICs.
  • Monitor COD collection and bank submission of all DP at HCM.
  • Solve daily problems of DP Operation such as customer complaint, volume increasing over capacity, lost parcels.
  • Manage DP IC and Assistant to ensure they comply with our instructions and requirements
  • Conduct training for new DP IC and Assistant
  • Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of reports regarding DP operations
  • Handle customer requires/complaints in professional manner and excellent attitude

Workplace: Ho Chi Minh city

Neoagatiable Salary, up to grosss 13 mil

Job Requirement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce. Managerial experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as a team
  • Good people skill - enjoying working with blue workers.
  • Extremely pro-active, organized and responsible
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively
  • Professional fluency in both English and native language
