Job Description

· Developing fermented & salted vegetable for Vietnamese

· Investigating and searching functional bacteria for human

· Tracking the quality (Bacteria/ chemical) changes while fermentation

· Other tasks as assigned by managers

Job Requirement

·      Understanding on the Micro-organism control (especially Lactic Acid Bacteria & Probiotics)

·      Understanding on the fermentation food (Kimchi, Dua Cai, etc.)

·      Understanding on the food hygiene

·      Bachelor Degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology or related major

·      Good command of English
