Manages directly and indirectly, 3rd party agent’s relationship in recruiting active agents who consider Masterise Homes as their preferred property developer to deal with and refer the majority of their customer to us.
Prepare agents recruitment targets in coordination with the Deputy and Head of Sales and Head of Agency, distributes the assignments to sales staff, and follow-up with process to expand the business.
Monitors the effectiveness of the recruitment/retention process and advises/makes modifications as necessary with the collaboration of the Deputy and Head of Sales to ensure that targets are met on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Organizes and plans agent recruitment process and provides support to sales staff as necessary to assist their agency recruitment activities.
Establishes standardized agent’s follow-up procedures within the Customer journey process and monitor performance of the agent’s activity against prescribed benchmarks.
Assists in resolving agents queries to improve satisfaction of agents together with Agency Department.
Monitoring time management sheet in order to minimize time wastage
Monitor lead follow up and expected pipeline.
2. SALES PLANING
Consolidates and reviews sales and marketing reports, identifies trends, and advises the Head of Sales of any changes to the agents operating procedure or business plan as necessary in order to improve the agent’s effectiveness.
Coordinate with marketing section to improve the relationship with agents to act as intermediary between MASTERISE HOMES and buyers interested in MASTERISE HOMES Property and attempts to find buyers who wish to buy MASTERISE HOMES Property and refer them to MASTERISE HOMES sales team.
Advise the Marketing Section to modify its marketing approach as necessary to support changes in established sales efforts.
3. GENERAL ADMINISTRATION
Oversees the administration of the Agents Section.
Implements procedures and policies at the Agents section to ensure Agents satisfaction.
Monitors and modifies the design and function of the Agents section as necessary to increase the referral rate of prospects and maintain the image of the company.
Monitors client’s documentations is received and submitted on/or before expected time.
4. PEOPLE MANAGERMENT
Supervise the activity of agent’s section staff and provide coaching on Agents relationship management assistance as necessary to facilitate maximum referrals of leads.
Trains new and current agents staff on agent’s relationship techniques and established agent recruitment procedures.
Monitors the performance of agents & section staff to identify any training gaps and advise training programs or provide on the job training to the staff as necessary.
Appraises the performance of direct reports as part of the performance management process.
Education: University degree or above, major in economics, commerce, business administration
Experience: At least 5 years of experience working in Real Estate. At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager
