Job Description

Job Summary

  • Take full charge of the office lounge, including but not limited to the overall look and feel, main reception tasks and supporting tasks for HR-Admin team.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Welcome guests to the office, refer them to the right person in charge.
  • Receive incoming calls, transfer to the right extension.
  • Liaise with vendors on respective matters (package samples, send and receipt of parcels / posts, office services…).
  • Collect personal documents of store staffs.
  • Support internal activities as well as other ad-hoc tasks from time to time.
  • Arrange and maintain the office lounge in a tidy and orderly manner.

Job Requirement

Qualification and experience:

  • Education: Diploma Degree in any field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of similar experience in any industry.
  • English: conversational level.
  • Ability to start working immediately is a big plus.

Personal skills and attributes:

  • Office skills: computing, emailing, using office equipment.
  • Good task and time management.
  • Having a supporting mind, attention to details and enjoying admin work.
