Job Description

Tasks and Duties:

- Answer incoming call and forward to appropriate personnel

- Attend walk-in visitors, courier services, sort incoming mails to respective


- Handle office supplies and admin works

- Handle HR tasks such as updating staff leave forms, staff attendance and other forms

- Undertake other jobs assigned by superior

Job Requirement

- Good telephone etiquette and proficient in Vietnamese and English 

- Professional appearance, well presented, pleasant personality and customer


- 1 year of receptionist or admin experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Related Fields

- Good command in English (both written and spoken)

- Honest, hard working and devoted

- Eager to learn and earn a high salary
