Job Description

- Welcome and instruct visitors to the related department

- In charge of administrative work of the HR department including

- Control office stationery

- Control company taxi cards using

- Register staff parking

- Booking airline ticket for business trip

- Other tasks assigned by Human Resources Manager

Job Requirement

-          Proficiency in English writing and speaking

-          College graduated

-          Female, proactive, good appearance

-          At least 1 year of experience at the same position in building or office
