Job Description

JOB BRIEF:

  • We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant (Headhunter) to join our Accounting & Finance team and help us fill our open positions with qualified candidates.
  • Headhunter responsibilities include defining hiring criteria, sourcing potential candidates on social media and reaching out to prospects via email or phone. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills to interact with candidates and internal teams. You should also be familiar with online and offline sourcing techniques, like networking at career events and searching for potential hires through resume databases.
  • Ultimately, you will place qualified candidates in a timely manner and build talent pipelines for our future hiring needs.

WHAT DOES A HEADHUNTER DO?

The job of a headhunter is to find the mutual suitability of the candidate and the client during the shortest possible timeline, hence ensuring that the candidate’s career goals and the client’s resourcing needs are rightly met. The key responsibilities of a headhunter include:

  • Identifying and developing client/business relationships in a competitive environment.
  • Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database.
  • Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment.
  • Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client.
  • Managing the process through interview to offer stage and beyond.
  • Offering CV, interview and general career advice.
  • Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.

Job Requirement

WHAT DOES A HEADHUNTER HAVE?

  • Only applicable for Vietnamese candidates.
  • Minimum Bachelor of Degree.
  • Prior working experience in a Sales/Business Development role.
  • Right attitude: willingness to learn, teamwork mindset, drive to excel, initiative taker.
  • Excellent communicator – able to express ideas effectively in individual and in a group context, both in Vietnamese and English languages.
  • Desire to have a rewarding career, both monetary and non-monetary terms.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
