Create activities to build company image through recruitment action plan
Work closely with departments to understand the insight of business operations
Support HR Manager to build Management System to control the working process for the whole company
Build programs to support for organization development
Graduated from University (HR Management, Business Administrative, Public Communication is preferred) from 2-3 years of job experience in related fields.
Having 02 experience in recruitment.
Having experience in organization development.
Be proactive, extroverted person, have communication and interaction skills.
Open-minded, willing to learn, responsible, hard-working.
