Job Description

** Main scope: RECRUITMENT
- Understand and implement the company’s recruitment process well
- Receive Job Decription from other Department and make improvement of the Job Decription in order to find best match for current vacancy.
- Post job wanting, analyze resumes, screen/pre-select/shortlist, having telephone interviews, schedule interviews
- Collect new comers’ documents, arrange and input employees’ data into HR system
- Maintain recruitment database of qualified or potential candidates for current and future needs
- Develop and improve the recruitment processes to be more effective in cost saving
- Find and develop candidate resources (ex: University, College, Recruitment events, Job introduce Center …)
- Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time
- Weekly report for current recruitment status
- Contribute to the company’s recruitment solution and strategy
- Join to 1st round interview with HOD (if any)
- Build up yearly / quarterly/ monthly recruitment plan.

- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by BODs and HOD

Job Requirement

- Age: 24 - 35 years old 
- University degree, priority for major related to Human Resources Management
- At least 2 - 3 years working with the familiar responsibility, priority for candidate who are working in finance, banking sector.
- Good Skill relating to recruit, screen- select CV, interview, follow up and complete the recruitment target
- Communication with calm, effectively, out-going, sense of humor, friendly and open-minded
- High sense of responsibility in confidential matter
- Be able to work under high pressure
- Good written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese
- English: Upper intermediate to Advanced level
- Good at computer skills (Word, Excel, Power point...)

  • Ngày nghỉ:

We work 5 days per week from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday to Friday with lunch and 12 days of Annual leave and 3 days Summer leave provided.
