Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting. You will be entrusted with an ongoing request to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.

Let join us with the challenging duties:

1. Recruitment

• Conduct recruitment activities

• Responsible for interview and selection

• Assist in building and developing candidate database, functional tools

• Conduct promotion and advertisement activities to ensure that all recruitment requests are handled on time

• Suggest for improvement of recruiting procedures

2. Employer Branding

• Assist in building relationship with Universities/Organizations, join career events, organize workshops

• Promote company brand through social network channels

• Utilize and promote internal events as a part for employer branding

3. On-boarding and admin tasks

• Do paper works & other tasks for new employees

• Do orientation and company tour for new employees

• Manage parking: issue and manage parking cards for new and existing employees, do relevant reports

4. Other tasks are assigned by direct supervisor and/or CPO

Job Requirement

*** Education:

• College/University graduated or trained equivalent 

*** Technical skills and experience:

• Recruitment / selection

• Human relations handling skills

• Office tools

• 1-2 years of work experience in Human Resources, in which 1 years at recruitment function.

*** Soft-skills & attitude

• Communication & interpersonal skills.

• Negotiating skill

• Presentation skill

• Time management skill

• Follow up skill

• Initiative

• Integrity

• People oriented

• Result oriented

• Team player

*** Language skills:

English: can communicate
