Job Description

  • Develop proper recruitment plan to attract and retain talents at optimum cost;
  • Responsible for effective execution of recruitment plans to meet manpower needs in operations;
  • Responsible for managing the Recruitment Team to provide successfully and timely staff for all NSO;
  • Keep abreast of compensation & benefits trends and movement in Vietnam to ensure continuous competitiveness in attracting and retaining manpower;
  • Plan recruitment budget and monitor approved budget vs actual;
  • Conduct human resources needs analysis within each department based on the business needs, and designs related recruiting plan;
  • Manage and coach the staff in Recruitment Team to select and recruit all positions for Stores. Participate in the selection/ interview of candidates for key positions;
  • Develop creative approaches to the recruitment process to increase talent sourcing including referral sourcing, internet sourcing, career fairs, networking…; advertise new vacancies internally and update the Bounce Careers webpage on a weekly basis;
  • Work with Organization Development and & Business Management System department to ensure that Job descriptions are developed for all positions for Stores;
  • Conduct market research to know about the approaches of attracting, retaining and educating talents by the firms within retail industry, then design and adjust the strategies of HR Department;
  • Conduct Exit interview and complete the leaving process, analyze data of employees’ leaving, to determine main reasons and provide appropriate suggestion/ action to management;
  • Ensure all new employee files is completed and input into AX system; manage compliance and standard of personal data in AX and connect to BI report;
  • Other tasks when required by line manager.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor or advanced Degree
  • At least 02 year-experience in Recruitment at the same position
  • Good at both verbal and written English
  • Ms. Office (word, excel, power point) 
  • Interview skills, assessment & selection skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to get along with diverse personalities;
  • Good counseling/advisory skills, strategic thinking and critical analytical ability, objectivity and open-minded, ability to exercise good judgment and make sound decisions;
  • Well-organization and arrangement;
  • Confident to operate effectively in a big corporate environment that demands massive coordination, teamwork, open communication, innovation and performance orientation;
  • Results and people-oriented; service-minded and customer-focused
  • High energy level, flexibility
  • Willing to travel when required
