Job Description

Recruitment (50%)

  • Be in charge of fulfilling recruitment plan as per approved headcount and recruitment requests from Dept/ Center/ Division;
  • Search, screen application forms, shortlist applicants, devise and implement selection processes, conduct interviews, and tests.
  • Carry out recruitment activities such as posting job advertisement in website, participating in job fairs, making relationship and connecting to universities/ colleges in order to build up employer brand and varied candidate pool;

Admin task (50%)

In charge of administrative tasks within Recruitment team, response to queries, complaints and requests of BUs / Recruitment Team for assistance;

  • Manages new foreigner relocation’s plan by determining their requirements; supporting Admin Dept to arrange visa, fight tickets & temporary accommodation; providing community introductions.
  • In charge of proceeding new offer of successful candidates – making labor contract, registering company accounts, relevant directories of documents;
  • Manage & synthesize employee’s personal data, relevant directories of documents;
  • Create, allocates and maintains annually / monthly financial plan, project expenditures for recruiting needs and other related activities effectively.
  • Provide guild line & support new comers in terms of company culture, policies, structure & other info needed.
  • Welcome on-board new employees;
  • Resolve other recruitment-relate issues & undertake other tasks assigned by Recruitment TL

Job Requirement

Background

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 01 years of working experience (Experience in HR field is a plus).
