Job Description


  • Direct execute the organization's Recruitment activities in order to ensure that recruitment activities are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively, and in accordance with the organization's policies and standards.
  • Analyst and identify the Recruitment needs of the organization and develop an overall Recruitment plan to meet the current and planned human resource requirements of the organization.
  • Maintain recruitment database of qualified or potential candidates for current and future needs.
  • Implement the organization's Recruitment strategy so that the Recruitment activities meet the organization's current and future needs.
  • Select, and manage ongoing relationships with, external consultants and Recruitment providers to ensure that the organisation receives satisfactory standards of service.
  • Lead, manage, evaluate and develop a team of Recruitment professionals to ensure that the organisation's Recruitment activities and strategy is implemented effectively.
  • Find and develop candidate resources (ex: University, College, Recruitment events, Job introduce Center …

Job Requirement

Job requirement:

  •  University degree, priority for major related to Human Resources Management
  • Years of Experience: At least 3 - 5 years working with the familiar responsibility, priority for candidate who are working in finance, banking sector.
  •  Leadership time: over 02 years at the same position.
  • Communication with calm, effectively, out-going, sense of humor, friendly and open-minded
  • High sense of responsibility in confidential matter
  •  Be able to work under high pressure
  •  Influent people
  •  Good in communication
  •  Good written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese
  •  English: Upper intermediate to Advanced level
  •  Excellent negotiation skill and consultancy skill
