Job Description

I. Job Purpose:

The role is in charge of full providing store leader levels, build up & develop manpower resources for stores and follow up Recruitment procedures to ensure all related jobs are performed professionally and timely.

II. Job Accountabilities

  • Responsible for whole recruitment procedure for stores to ensure all recruitment requisition will be met as plan;
  • Develop and timely update talent pool, recruitment agencies to ensure all potential candidates could support timely for recruitment requisition.
  • Coordinate for new hires- store staffs join as welcome on board, liaise training for induction.
  • Proceeding job evaluation, job analysis to select the right person, right job- store levels
  • Exit interview to clarify the root causes, manage turnover rate to ensure the ratio met as required
  • Analyze manpower planning and control staff movements to ensure all are in place as required.
  • Support of all activities/ events relating to recruitment (career talk, talk show, MT,….)
  • Commit strictly confidential to all information handled
  • Involve back-up plan of Recruitment team.
  • Support for other ad hoc duties.

Job Requirement

  • Receive recruitment request of store & update status of the headcount.
  • Liaise all recruitment sources for candidate pool of store.
  • Post job on Fanpage, Forums for store recruitment.
  • Research to diversify recruitment channels to enhance the effectiveness of store recruitment.
  • Screen resume & conduct interview for Store staff, Shift Leader & Store Manager to meet store's demand.
  • Update candidates list & send HR team to consolidate list for Training department.
  • Be in charge of allocating selected candidates to appropriate store.
  • Support in organizing Recruitment events: Job Fair, Career Day, Campus…to enhance Employer Branding as well as ensure manpower fulfillment for store.
  • Conduct exit interview of store staff.
  • Coordinate closely with Recruitment & Retention team to find out the resignation reason of store staff as well as implement prompt actions for improvements.
  • Support on other ad-hoc of the department.
