• Sourcing of Strategic Hires

• Workforce Planning
• Change Management Initiatives

3. Learning and Development
• Training Plan as compliance and departments’ needs
• Facilitating internal training
• Planning & implementation of JG-ILED programs
• Executive Development Programs
• Management Development Program

Job Requirement

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Psychology, Social Science or equivalent
• 5 years’ experience in the same functions and at least 3 years‘ experience in similar role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and a team player
• Good communication skill
• Good English speaking & writing

* Working location in VSIP 1, HCMC (have shuttle bus from HCMC)
