Job Description

General Job scope:

  • Provides leadership and management of Vietnam Sales Capabilities & Training Agenda. Partner with Sales Leadership Team, Human Resources & Sales Teams to foster development & training of all Sales colleagues to drive Top Tier Financial Performance and a Great Place to Work. Drive linkage of our values & Mondelez globe to development and training. Act as a centrally led, locally based resource for colleague development and key initiative training delivery (both global and VN-specific).

Main responsibilities:

  • Development of Annual Learning Plan including local translation of training materials 35%
  • Deployment & Execution of the Annual Learning Plan 50%

- Ensure that core training requirements are met

- Prioritize & Organize implementation for approved training plans

- Over-see the work & Lead and Train the Trainer efforts

  • Development and Coaching of Direct Reports & Indirect reports 15%


  • Sales Leadership Team (Sales Director, GT Lead, MT Lead)
  • Human Resources + Talent & Organizational Effectiveness
  • Regional Sales Manager Teams
  • Regional Sales Capability Community
  • Sales Operations Team

Job Requirement


  • University Degree with Marketing/Business background is an advantage


  • 3 – 5 years in Field Sales Experience
  • Working in FMCG company is the advantage


  • Good at communication in English
  • Good Influencing Skills
  • Strong at Leadership & People Management Skills
  • Computer Skill
