Job Description

Responsible for growth in sales, market share and profit of a given geographic territory.

· Work with the Sales Director and Sales Team in meeting and exceeding Dealer sell-in plans and targets as per established budget.

· Continuously seek alternative solutions through the creative implementation of company programs and promotions to capture competitive market share.

· Participation in product and other trainings, in (regional) sales meetings as well as in fairs, road shows, seminars, and exhibitions.

· Represent the company in the market to solve problems & conflicts, control the distribution to ensure steady development.

Building value added relationships with Large dealer accounts and branch locations in designated markets.

· Develop and be accountable for establishing strong business relationships with new dealers / distributors to gain market share & coverage.

· Implement selling tactics that focus on delivering the desired financial results to distribution.

Delivering the brand message to end users and distribution.

· Work with the dealer sales team at dealer events, sales and training days to ensure the Milwaukee brand message is effectively communicated.

Providing feedback from the field related to:

· Competition, distribution channels, applications and products.

· Effectiveness of sell-in policies and programs.

Support the Sales Director in Professional development of the Vietnam sales team.

· Recruit, interview & hire new direct reports, striving to develop a diverse work team.

· Train, coach & mentor direct reports for continuous improvement in performance.

· Develop goals and evaluate performance of direct reports toward achieving those goals.

· Identify performance issues of direct reports and the sales teams and develop corrective action plans for improved performance.

Job Requirement

Academic & Experience:

 ·       Bachelor's Degree in any discipline is highly preferred.     

·       6 - 8 years successful selling experience (achieving targets) with strong emphasis on commercial sales.

·       Practical minded with a technical / mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn and apply new product or technical knowledge.

·       Determination to build a career with a forward-thinking business.

General:

·       Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.

·       Experience managing a high-performance sales team.

·       Languages – Native Vietnamese language and knowledge of English preferred.

·       Good IT skills e.g., MS Office, PowerPoint, Internet, CRM etc.

·       Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving and relationship building skills.

·       Excellent planning and time management skills.

·       A highly motivated self-starter with strong individual and team working skills.

·       Ability to work varied hours/days as required by the business.
