Job Description

Our company is seeking a responsible Research Analyst as part of our Research team who will be in charge of planning, coordinating and administering market research projects.

In this position, you will work closely with our CRO in the design, implementation, analysis and interpretation of qualitative and quantitative market research studies and undertake desk research where necessary, ensuring that all findings and conclusions are clearly and accurately presented and fulfil the required project objectives. To succeed in this role, you should have knowledge of qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies, ability to analyze autonomously qualitative data, trends and explore insights as achieving research project’s objectives.

Job Requirement

* JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in research projects from commission to completion, including research design, questionnaire development, qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Assist in the planning of research projects, data analysis, interpretation and reporting the results.
  • Lead in the management of the research process for both panel and ad hoc surveys.
  • Lead the fieldwork for both qualitative and quantitative studies e.g. focus groups, depth interviews, etc
  • Participate in the supervision of work of market research support staff (e.g. data capture staff), ensuring that the research data produced is accurate through regular quality control checks 
  • Produce accurate, clearly presented and intelligently interpreted research findings to agreed time scales.
  • Keep up-to-date with market research techniques and approaches being developed in the industry.

JOB REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS; Degrees in business, statistics, linguistics, or related disciplines preferred.
  • A minimum of three-year experiences in qualitative research and statistical analysis.
  • Superior problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills.
  • Ability to plan own work activities and be able to contribute to several projects simultaneously whilst demonstrating flexibility.
  • Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc).
  • Ability to work with complex Excel templates including complex formulae, macros, algorithmic programming, pivot tables, super tables, etc.
  • The aptitude to undertake B2B and consumer face-to-face interviews and focus group discussions.
  • Ability to work effectively on research deliverables with demanding deadlines in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office suite (including PowerPoint); Advanced Excel preferred.
