Job Description

  • Establish Food & Beverage SOPs (standard operating procedures) and keep all F&B job descriptions current
  • Drive and develop innovative F&B Business concepts, promotions, and menus; design and plan menus with the Executive Chef and propose pricing to the Board of Directors.
  • Involve in planning both external and internal marketing promotion activities and develop brand strategies to enhance awareness and recall.
  • Prepare annual budgets and administer in a fiscally responsible manner
  • Analyze and implement effective control of food, beverage, labor and operating expenses throughout the F&B division
  • Offers a strategic point of view by continuously developing the F&B services and incorporating it into every phase of the guest experience

Job Requirement

  • Previous Food & Beverage experience in a senior leadership role required
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Highly responsible & reliable
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
