- Manage and be responsible for restaurant daily operation included bar and restaurant;
- Effectively manage and lead the F&B attendants to achieve targets, revenue, operating budget…;
- Oversee guest services, handle customer’s inquiries and complaints adherence to company standards and guidelines;
- Ensure restaurant hygiene guidelines & standards;
- Manage staff performance;
- Take part in the recruitment process, train and coach new staff, maintain staff retention;
- Maintain a professional working environment.
- Make relevant reports to the Operation Manager.
- 3-year experience in the same position from the professional environment;
- Excellent management, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Experienced in controlling cost and service quality;
- Problem-solving and decision making skills;
- Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese;
- Good computer skills.
