Position Summary

A Retail Manager role’s is to run stores successfully. They are responsible for ensuring their staff give great customer/guest service as well as monitoring the financial performance of the retail shops/stores.

• Recruits, trains, supervises, appraises and retention of staff. Tuyển dụng, đào tạo, giám sát & thẩm định nhân viên.
• Manages the departmental budget and P&L. Quản lý ngân sách.
• Deals with guests’ queries or concerns. Xử lý các thắc mắc và khiếu nại của khách hàng.
• Oversees pricing and stock control. Giám sát giá cả và kiểm soát hàng hóa.
• Conducts monthly stock inventory. Kiểm kê hàng hóa hàng tháng.
• Maximizes profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so. Tối đa hóa lợi nhuận & thiết lập/đạt được mục tiêu bán hàng, bao gồm cả việc thúc đẩy nhân viên hoàn thành mục tiêu chung.
• Ensures compliance with health and safety legislation. Đảm bảo các tiêu chuẩn về sức khỏe an toàn.
• Prepares promotional materials & displays. Chuẩn bị tài liệu & hình ảnh cho các chương trình khuyến mãi.
• Liaises with management. Cập nhật thông tin thường xuyên với các quảng lý cấp cao.
• Responsible for developing retail schedules for retail team members including training on proper selling techniques that uphold retail standards including verbiage, skills, and daily/monthly sales goals. Chịu trách nhiệm lên lịch huấn luyện kỹ năng bán hàng để đạt được tiêu chuẩn dịch vụ bán hàng gồm cả kỹ năng thuyết phục khách hàng cũng như mục tiêu doanh số trong ngày/trong tháng.
• Conducts daily briefing with staff. Sắp xếp công việc hàng ngày cho nhân viên.
• Monitors activities and issuing daily and shift-by-shift. Giám sát hoạt động và các vấn đề hàng ngày và từng ca.
• Sets the example by always using proper etiquette and professionalism. Tạo hình mẫu bằng cách luôn luôn hành xử đứng đắn và chuyên nghiệp.
• Schedules and conducts regular and targeted departmental training for all levels. Facilitating Supervisory, and Employee training sessions and any such courses related to your field of expertise. Lập kế hoạch đào tạo cho cấp bậc giám sát, nhân viên.
• Ensures the departmental Trainers are conducting orientations and fully integrating new employees into the running of the outlet and are prepared to pass the probationary period. Đảm bảo chuyên viên đào tạo nội bộ của bộ phận huấn luyện cho nhân viên mới trong quá trình vận hành và đạt yêu cầu trong thời gian thử việc.
