* SCOPE OF WORK: We are looking for an Call Center Campaign Specialist to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of Payment Control Department.
- Extract reports, assign working lists to team members
- Extract and adjust reports, upload to Call Center software to run auto-dialer SMS, email, auto-call campaigns
- Make reports from daily campaigns, collect feedback from the team leaders and report the Head Quarter (HQ)
- Receive the campaign strategy from HQ and deploy to the local teams
- Have 1-2 years’ experiences in Sales Admin or similar role; is an avantage.
- Ability to work independently and have problem-solving skills.
- Ability to do multitasking.
- Good communication skills in English (fluently) and Vietnamese.
- Honest, careful & detail-oriented;
- Familiar with working with systems, extract and upload data
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, in particular); especially, good Excel skill – mandatory.
