Job Description

To support Sales Department by administering the sales information system and provide all other administration services

- To prepare all offer letters, reservations and lease contracts
- To prepare all the daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
- To contact new potential short staying clients, either by telephone or in person to successfully obtain business.
- Ability to handle any duties in Sales & Marketing department.

Job Requirement

- Graduated from secondary or higher degree in Hospitality and Tourism
- Good spoken and written in English
- Planning and Organizing skills, Managing and Filing documents
- Good knowledge in use of computer: Ms. Word, especially in Excel (logical report composing)
- Honest, Hard working, Careful and High responsibility
- Proactive and willing to learn.
