Resolve customers’ inquires and requests via email (90%), fanpages (10%) in terms of past order issues
Report to the manager all customers’ suggestions about the product quality, product innovation, etc…
Coordinate with fulfillment department to track order delivery status, set up a replacement process for the lost/damaged orders, and proactively contact with customers to ask for more information regarding product’s manufacture
Manage and keep track of new orders. Work with company’s suppliers/partners to conduct the new orders’ manufacture process
Study, research new products and perform the copywriting of the new products’ information/description.
Working time: Monday – Friday and 2 Saturdays/month
Yearly income :14-16 months of salary ( 13th month salary, New Year Bonus, Quarter Bonus, High Result Bonus…)
Salary increase consideration every 6 months – 1 year depending on KPI

University or College Degree, majored in English, Economics, Marketing, etc…
English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.5+ (or TOEIC 900)
No experience is required. Candidates will be trained during probation period
MUST BE METICULOUS. This requirement is a compulsory condition
Can use MS Word, Excel effectively
