Job Description

  • Manage general administration of Merchant BD

  • Responsible for document management

  • Support all departments (Sales team & Account Management team) within Merchant BD for general administration tasks

  • Establish new processes for projects and systems changes, ensuring the successful roll-out of the initiatives

  • Continuous improvement of operational processes

  • Create and maintain e-PR (vendor procurement request)

  • Collaborate with Sales team and Account Team to setup & improve merchant operation flow (merchant onboarding, merchant CRM)

Job Requirement

  • Diploma Degree in relevant field

  • At least 1 year experience on Finance/Admin/Secretary role

  • Have experience with reporting and documentation

  • Good attention to details

  • Familiar with financial reporting

  • Self-starter, proactive and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
