Job Description

The roles and responsibilities of the Sales Admin staff include, but not limited to the following tasks:

- Fully understand the Sales PGM policy & process

- Make Sales Agreement & Trade Term Contract with dealers

- Contact with Sales Team to verify the Sales PGMs

- Contact with customer to collect back

- Make Weekly Sales Agreement Report

- Support Sales Admin team when required

Job Requirement

- University graduate with bachelor degree in Accounting or related fields

- 1~2 years of working experience in a similar position

- Have a good sense of responsibility and carefulness, good teamwork spirit as well as independent working practice

- Have good communication & English skills

- Possess computer and Microsoft Office competency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
