- Collecting data and generating reports and business analysis for sales management.
- All activities of sales policy, costs and operations budget of the Business Department
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales report.
- Sales analysis report for sales team per region.
- Sales force payroll, sales incentive for sales team and distributors

- Assist direct management to build and create a report system follow up all cost implementations of sales Dept.
- Control, check and implement the sales support activities.
- Manage and implement all sales contract
- Check the Order Compliance of financial/payment documents
- Assist direct management to plan and check the performance of all sale areas.
- Monitor and push all sales areas to meet the target set as schedule.
- Master clearly the production plan to make the proper allocation of goods for area/channel/region in line with actual goods status.
- Coordinate with relevant departments such as logistics, accounting Dept, etc. to build up the proper delivery plan to ensure the smooth goods delivery as per company orientation.
- Coordinate with all related section to evaluate the distributor performance nation-wide.
- Do the stock in distributor and assess the performance of distributors periodically as per company regulations.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Preferably 3 year experience in the same position.
- Logical thinking, fast and good handling problem skills and high ability to analysis
- Able to work and think with numbers well & work under high pressure
- Good planning and communication skills.
- Work in accurate, hard, enthusiastic and honest manner
- Pack office: Very good in Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook
- Experience with sales & management software.
- Sales Administrator skills with customer & sales data management
- Good skill in both writing and oral communication and very good in ENGLISH
