Job Description

  • Support and assist in sales planning and controlling such as prepare quotations, tender documents, contract draft composing, follow after contract signing (prepare payment documents, follow, coordinate parties delivery, installation..)…
  • Generate, provide and analyze sales performance reports
  • Follow up order processing, delivery processing
  • Support sales department in administrative tasks
  • Others tasks assigned by manager

Job Requirement

  • University Graduation
  • At least 2 year relevant experience
  • Must have strong time management and organizational skills
  • Good command of English
  • Good at Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
