Making sales report and other reports to Head of Field Operation when required
Assist & follow up the preparation of documentation for sales policies & projects if any
Assist preparation of periodic Sales Report (monthly, quarterly or annually)
Keep track of sales reports from provinces, region… to assist them on-time
Cooperate with other departments ton ensure working efficiency
Build/ suggest solution for decrease number of lack contract, mistake contract.
Manage/control current headcount and list of DSA
Ensure deadline all case in Fraud control to solve and complete on time.
Ensure all issues from Sales admin consistency
Undertake other admin tasks required by Head of Field Operation
Job Requirement
Background
University Graduate, major: Business Administration, Marketing or relevant areas
At least 01 year experience working in Sales Admin position, preferably working in banking or financial institution
